I tried many methods including this for captcha, it is not working with 7 1.8.0.3
[captchac your-captcha]
Enter the code: [captchar your-captcha]
As soon as I put in “[captchac your-captcha]”, it fails.

i have look in /wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha – it`s empty.
i don`t know my “upload-direktory” for wordpress is a other direktory (not /wp-content/uploads/)
is this the problem ? i don`t know

First, great plug-in! I am having one problem though… regardless of what I do, I can’t get the akismet function to work. i have tested it with various crazy names and email addresses and they all pass.
Here is what I have:
[text* your-name 25/100 akismet:author]
[email* your-email 25/60 akismet:author_email]
What is wrong?
Eric, have you activated the Akismet plugin? Entered API key?
For testing, you can use “viagra-test-123” as the author name.
